How to get this passive skill
Babysitter is one of the 5 passives exclusive to Mutated Eggs introduced in the 1.0 update. It cannot be found on a wild Pal: you have to go through Mutation.
- Hatch a Mutated Egg. Every breeding has roughly a 1% chance to produce a mutated egg, and the Pal that hatches carries at least one of these exclusive passives.
- Use the Refined Vegetable Cake to raise that rate to about 3% per egg. It is the mutation hunting cake.
- Once a Pal has it, it passes on normally through breeding: you can spread it to your other Pals without hunting another mutation.
Reminder: a Pal can only carry 4 passives at most. Beyond that, you have to choose which ones to keep as you breed.
