Reg M-B Sand Offense (Mega Tyranitar Core)

Team strategy

Classic Regulation M-B sand offense. Mega Tyranitar sets permanent sand with Sand Stream, which doubles Excadrill's Speed through Sand Rush, letting it outspeed and clean the field with STAB Iron Head plus wide-guard-punishing Rock Slide. Sinistcha provides Rage Powder redirection, Life Dew healing, and a Trick Room fallback for slower matchups, while its Grass typing checks the Water and Ground threats that sand teams fear. Rotom-Wash spreads burns with Will-O-Wisp, pivots damage, and gives a Levitate-based Ground immunity. Garchomp adds a second fast Rock Slide / Earthquake attacker and Rough Skin chip. Note the team carries two Mega Stones: only one Pokemon can Mega Evolve per battle, so you Mega Tyranitar by default to keep sand up, or Mega Staraptor (Intimidate on entry) when you need speed control and a Fighting-type answer instead.
