Strategy
Garchomp leads as a fast Focus Sash setter: the sash guarantees Stealth Rock goes up even against a faster attacker or a single big hit. Rock Tomb then chips the target's Speed for extra pivot value, while Earthquake and Outrage give it the raw power to break through or sweep once rocks are down. Rough Skin punishes any contact attacker trying to revenge kill it, and Tera Steel turns its glaring 4x Ice weakness into a resistance, letting it stand up to the Ice-type attackers that usually wall it.
