Strategy
Rotom-Wash is the premier defensive pivot in Champions OU singles (Reg M-B). Levitate grants full immunity to Ground moves, and a bulky Bold spread (32 HP / 28 Def / 6 SpD stat points, i.e. the max 66 SP budget) lets it comfortably tank strong physical hits, including a Fake Out into Double-Edge from Mega Kangaskhan. Volt Switch (the single most-used move on Rotom-Wash in singles, ~45% usage) pivots it into a better matchup for free, Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers with burn, and Pain Split paired with Leftovers gives it real staying power over long games instead of relying on Protect stalling. Tera Steel piles on resistances (including removing its only natural weakness to Grass) while keeping the Ground immunity from Levitate, leaving Fire and Fighting as its only notable weaknesses.
