Meowth Farming (~140k/h)
Farm wild Meowth hordes to steal their Amulet Coins with Thief, then sell them on GTL. Amulet Coin is a consumable activated from inventory that gives x1.5 battle earnings for 1h.

Kindle Road, One Island (Kanto). Accessible via the Vermilion City ferry.

How it works
- Use Sweet Scent to trigger a horde of 5 Meowth.
- Frisk shows each Meowth's held item at the start of battle.
- Use Thief on the Meowth holding an Amulet Coin.
- Remove the Amulet Coin from your Banette before the next battle (it can't steal if already holding an item).
- Repeat. Sell the Amulet Coins on GTL.

Mechanics
- Alpha Pokemon boost their stats with each failed catch attempt.
- Use Skill Swap with a Contrary Pokemon to reverse the stat boosts.
- Alpha-exclusive hidden abilities are very profitable.
