Description
Carbos is a vitamin item that will increase the Speed of a Pokémon. A nutritious drink for Pokémon.
Effect
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, adds 10 Speed EVs to the target Pokémon per use. It also increases the Pokémon's friendship a little.
Carbos is consumed upon use and cannot be used in battle.
